Recycling – Are we saints or sinners?

I was just a re-cycling center to dump the bottles. paper and cardboard. We have to take a week all others being only a fortnight collections and we have no where to store the subject (and have no carton). I was in a queue of cars all doing the same and not all were with our engines ticking over happily and pumping smoke while polishing our Halo. I have no idea how the others had traveled, but my return was 6 miles. Undoubtedly, we must offset the benefits to transport our trash around and perhaps even more energetically than we save. Views please.

Would not it be better if we use less packaging suppliers. and went back to the old systems that purchase items that lasted for years and years and could be repaired, even when carried out. So yes we are sinners, recycling is theoretically good, but is a notion that is most used, we must reduce our consumption, not just trying to compensate. use of cars to garbage disposal is crazy, we had good garbage collection service, but has been gradually reduced to save costs of counsel, again a reduction of fools that only increases costs elsewhere (local, national, or vice versa) So now we have the politically correct recycling accomplishes little and Govts who have money to spend then groups such as the release of silly gay. Does anyone remember the scrap aluminum and collections in WW2 that does not really achieve anything like material that was collected was totally unsuitable for recycling, iron bars made of cast iron and aluminum was totally inadequate for aircraft production of the winners only scrap dealers. Does anyone know what the recycling costs are actually, and what are the final results, not only moral grounds.
