No recycling in office buildings in New York?
It drives me crazy that I have to throw my empty bottles and cans in the trash in my workplace. I live in New York City, but raised with recycling as second nature. Why is it so difficult to recycle in this city? Many of my friends who working in the city announcing the same. Why not recycling options on the sides of the streets, garbage cans? I resorted to bringing my own bags for recycling and collection of cartons of bottles, etc. after work and recycle them myself. Who is in charge of this?
Hmmm, I did not know that. Good deal for you to start: cleaners to recycle all office waste. Obviously, companies in these offices do not realize the economic benefits of recycling. Of course, from New York most of the garbage dumps in the sea, I suppose that the volume of landfill is not a question of cost with great council of the city. Shameful.
