What to do with a plastic injection machine?

I have a plastic recycling company. I particularly crushed boxes HDPE, PP PS & clothes hangers, and bullets of LDPE and PP films. Instead of sending them all to China, I'm thinking of getting a shot and make plastic parts as hangers and buckets, etc. .. Does anyone have any suggestions on what things to do with the HDPE, PP and PS regrinds that genre? I have to do something that is easy to do and has mass. I will be completely new injection molding project. Thanks in advance

I also have a recycling company. However, we work with large automobile companies (Chrysler, Ford, GM, Toyota, Lear …) and recycle much of their dunnage and throw boxes and dunnage. This material is usually be high density polyethylene, high molecular weight, degree of injection (structural foam), PP, TPO, TPU, LDPE, LLDPE, etc. .. All these materials can be sold the supplier and reform dunnage or trays. People are always looking for 45 * 48 pallets, maybe you could do that. It is difficult, if not yet a market to decide what type of machine you are buying. Also, if you're selling your material to China, then that usually means that you are mixing it or not clean good material (since you can get 4 times the price of clean separated materials here in the U.S..) pellitizing Are you him? Running through a line of washing? Or just grind? Could be more lucrative to find some customers to sell to grind in the U.S. thermoforming instead, unless you can get a first contract.
