Is making high quality "Biodiesel" expired and / or recycling of waste vegetable oil (WVO) potentially …..?
… proposal viable business for developing nations? Assuming that: 1 – expired or can get the WVO in no or very low cost (ie transport / recycle costs collection) 2 – access to an affordable labor force 3 – means producing on a scale large enough to maintain a relatively large company and not just for personal use 4 – the intention of producing high quality biodiesel and hope to sell the glycerin byproduct to the industry and 5 – biodiesel can be marketed directly to target customers (eg, trucks, buses, heating market, etc) Can the initial conversion cost reasonably large / Reactor Fund plus other ongoing costs of production / operation / distribution (review and variables) make it a potentially viable business opportunity for that "the markets of developing countries? And are you aware of similar type operations (large scale) anywhere in the world that can turn my attention? Would greatly appreciate serious comments.
