After installing some solar panels on our house face I wonder how to build solar electric panels. That would cost thousands of dollars to establish a power system in the average house with panels purchased from the store. Is there a better way?
Fortunately the answer is yes, you can build your own, a fraction of the cost of new.
What does it take to start?
 • A place to work, garage, basement, spare room.
 · normal household tools-cordless drill, wrenches and a welder
 • An assistant of good friends, children, your spouse, etc.
 · panels detailed plans on how I build solar electricity
We really wanted to keep costs down and showed us the plans of the sources of materials of low cost or even free. They were very helpful. Even learned to build a wind generator too, which is a good idea. The diversification of its energy supply from renewable energy allows more power to be produced by the system.
Think of it this way, if the sun does not shine then the wind that blows no doubt will, sometimes both at once.
To learn how I build solar power panels you need to connect small wires to join individual cells and the best way is with the solder.
This technique is easy to learn too. A small soldering iron hand (looks like a pencil) is performed on the cable that bind to and when hot enough a small amount of solder is touched in the two wires at once to join them.

The plans show where find each solar cells are the building blocks of the panels. It takes several square cells (small discs or back) to construct a panel.
The cells are placed in a Backer board and the cables are simply joined together to link all cells. It is a simple process that is very easy to learn. Either can. Be careful though, as the iron is hot.
