wind power plants in california
America must buy northern Mexico?

Chihuahua, Coahuila, Sonora, Tamaulipas and Nuevo Leon (but not in Baja California) many people with a very small border compared with the other above) Right now Mexico's population is about 111,000,000 + but the total population of the States we buy only be15.5 million dollars and give us a lower fence and the border to defend. We could put solar and wind farms (before one can say anything about it) in the desert that could be added to the Arizona soil as you would from Chihuahua to New Mexico but, Nuevo Leon, Coahuila and Tamaulipas could become a territory where we could put 3 or 4 nuclear power plants than any state in the U.S. can put in protest or without bureaucracy (think Mexicans are going to the attention of a few nuclear weapons plants in the desert? N) In these states, territories whenever we send in the army and the DEA to bring down the drug lords.

do what America has done in the past, steal!
