Where can I find specific data on solar and wind power generation potential in Chile?

Solar – need for distribution solar radiation throughout the country (possibly could be kW / m ^ 2/day -> kilowatts per square meter per day) the wind – the need to data giving the average wind speed (or power) distribution throughout the country of Chile. ** This data is available in the U.S., however, Chile has many less data on this subject.
